Unfortunately your cartridges not working in my printer. The printer is not recognized the ink cartridge and I can't print at all!
However I not upset about this, what really disappointed me was your respond! I send an email to you and asked for help, but no answer! I use this printer for work and your customer service is not existing!
Shame on you!!
Never will purchase from you again! Total useless company!
