“Price was reasonable for my two orders but since my second order I have had a color and two black cartridges that failed to print on my HP Envy7640. The printer gave a msg to reinsert the cartridges, but that failed to correct the problem.”

“Hi, Your products are very good quality for the most part. I did have an issue with one of the 43X toners I bought from you in the Spring. I sent you the pictures and hoped you would replace it but I never heard back from you.”

“I produce and print a journal that I distribute at 10 locations. For the last two orders I have had trouble with the black toner cassettes. The black cassette that I purchased a few months ago started to leave smear tracks along one edge. It was unusable after just 100 pages, I had to discard it after trying to clean the roller several times. Although, I still have that faulty cassette. This last purchase, was it July?, the black toner in the set ran low after very little use. Tomorrow, Aug. 6, I will have to go to a local store and purchase a new HP toner cassette to finish this months project. I would appreciate receiving a new black toner cassette to replace the one that you supplied that has had a short life. I also kept that faulty cassette”

“I ordered 3 Blk ink cartridges& 2 Color cartridges. I got 2 blk cartridges in a couple days. 1 blk cartridge short, aper said 2 color catridges are mailed separtely. I waited for 10 days for the rest of my order to show up, to nothing. called and got an answering machine. Left a message & was called back within 15 minutes, great. The man who called me said he would take my word for it that I only got 2 of the 3 black cartridges. I got the Blk catridge 2 days later. At this time however I still have not received my 2 color cartridges. The blk cartridge does work well in my printer so very happy about that.”

“I tried to install 1ce311A (blue). BUT ITseems to be defective. I cannot it at this cartridge. Could you replace this one cartridge? I am unable to use this cartridge.”

“website is easy enought...shipping was prompt--that said, when I received my replacement drum for my Brother lase printer...it appears to have a defect..on the printed sheets, I get a 'ghost' horizontal imagethat repeats down the sheets at about 1 1/4 inches intervals. I tried to call - no answer on the toll free number”

“I have been buying from InkTonerStore for several years now. The last three cartridges that I have received have not lasted as long as they should have. Buying High Yield toner cartridges should yield approx 3000 print pages. The last three have been 2351, 1349, and the last one only 884. What happened to the quality? I had been very satisfied until these last three. I just ordered another one. I hope it lasts longer or I may have to change suppliers.”

“Cartridges are hit and miss as far as print quality. Recently I orderd a Cyan, Yellow, Magneta, Black combo cartridge pack but when the box arrived it had all black cartridges. The problem was rectified quickly and I was sent the CYM cartridges, but the Magenta was defective and I could not use it. So I am once again with a problem that needs corrected.”

“The cartridges work well for about a year or so, then they start leaking, I don't know why. thier prices are very good, but i end up having to clean my machine and throw out some of the unused color cartridges. I have no idea why they start to fail.”

“I like the Ink Toner Store however, I had a recent problem. I always order 2-3 extra cartriges for emergencies. This is the first time I have been completly ignored. 1 of the toners was out of ink after 10 days of use. Then I inserted the other new toner and it only printed 3 pages and I was out of toner. I called and left a message to have someone call me no one bothered to call me. I had to rush to get a toner. Then I ordered 5 more toners. No credit has been given, no email, no communication at all. I was very disappointed.”

“Ordered toner for our Canon printer; a week later no delivery. I contacted customer service and it hadnt been sent out yet. They got the ball rolling and it came in a few days. the price is unbeatable and I hope the quality is substancial.”
