I’ve never more disappointed in HP then I was when I wanted to dis-enroll from the the ink was fine, but it was a long delivery date.

The cartridges work well for about a year or so, then they start leaking, I don't know why. thier prices are very good, but i end up having to clean my machine and throw out some of the unused color cartridges. I have no idea why they start to fail.

I like the Ink Toner Store however, I had a recent problem. I always order 2-3 extra cartriges for emergencies. This is the first time I have been completly ignored. 1 of the toners was out of ink after 10 days of use. Then I inserted the other new toner and it only printed 3 pages and I was out of toner. I called and left a message to have someone call me no one bothered to call me. I had to rush to get a toner. Then I ordered 5 more toners. No credit has been given, no email, no communication at all. I was very disappointed.

Ordered toner for our Canon printer; a week later no delivery. I contacted customer service and it hadnt been sent out yet. They got the ball rolling and it came in a few days. the price is unbeatable and I hope the quality is substancial.

I called and left a message for assistance with an issue I had with a product I purchased and as of today I have not recieved a call back or an email. The first time I made a purchase there was no problems thats why I reordered. I hope this will help with future customers.

It would have been nice if the instructions mentioned that the orange pieces needed to be removed from the ink cartridges before they could be installed in my printer. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing.

HP color laser jet printer read supplies status, all colors as order 206A. I ordered 206x. The 3 ink colors supply read as used cartridge. The black cartridge shows approximate pages remaining: >1050**. My question is did I receive the right cartridge that I ordered and paid for?

My order was split into two deliveries and I was not contacted about this. I had to contact them left a message twice before I got a phone call back explaining the issue. Should not get a recording when you call and should get called back when you leave a mesage and not have to call again and threaten to stop payment unless I hear from them. I think its very poor customer service.

I've purchased about 10 cartridges. Cartridge quality is not consistant, but acceptable for DRAFT and in-office docs. 1) Out of the box, faint, veritical lines appeared when printing envelopes. For my current cartridge, the lines disappeared after a about 50 pages of printing. For a previous cartridge, the lines never faded and I could no longer use the cartridge. 2) When using a newly-purchased black cartridge, splatters of other colors appear at the top or sides of the page when printing black/white and greyscale. In summary, I'll purchase InkTonerStore cartridges again, as the price outweights the issues. But I use another printer with genuine cartridges for best-qualitying printing.

Your pricing is pretty good and your customer service is fine but the consistent quality of your toners is not great. It could be better. I still have one bad toner I'm trying to get replaced.

website said same day shipping when I ordered yesterday before noon!!! But they really slow walked this order and I don't think it will even get in time to be in the UPS system today....very disappointed when I needed the order ASAP.

I ordered an ink cartridge and it says it shipped on 12/13/23 but I did not get it until 12/20/23. Seems like it took a long time to ship. I have not put it in my printer yet so I cannot say if it is working okay or not.
