“The item came quickly. The problem is that the printer can not read the toner as in the machine. It keeps saying it is not locked in correctly. I have removed and replaced the cartridge a number of of times. The problem is probably the printer. We will be getting a new printer.”

“It took LONGER THAN YOU HAD estimated to get it. But that's OK, I am a little concerned because there seems to be something missing on the right side of the cartridge. When I pulled it out to check for a misfeed, a small black molding just flapped in the breeze, and there didn't seem to be anything to do about it. I slid it in gently, and everything works. But I do worry if I have to pull it out again at what might happen if it just falls off.”

“The first Yellow cartridge you sent did not fit the printer ! Your customer service, Shannon, was polite and responded immediately and sent a replacement in 2 days which worked fine ! I will try you the next time !”

“Prompt courteous service. I suggest that you include ALL model numbers of laser printers that are compatible with the cartridge ordered. They could be listed on the packing slip.”

“a sample problem but it should not to waiting a 10 days to get services. Call Samsung for a problem need to waiting 48 hours to action and that not include weekend. Then, your office cannot call me back to check what going on and need me to call to make appointment. The appoint need another week to set tech to our house for services. The problem can be avoid when the deliver-man take 5 minute to show the user how to make work, because the manual did not clear explain the function.”

“I ordered 2 HP-92298X toner cartridges for my 4+ printer on July 20, 2016 @ 3:20pm. On July 28, 2016 @10:00am, the cartridges were delivered as expected. Since these are 8800 page cartridges, and they have not been installed in the printer, any further review would be inappropriate at this time.”
