The good: The order shipped quickly. The bad: 1) I received my order and when I go to my account there is no record of my order 2) The ink I received for a relative's Brother printer will not show the ink level on the printer. Only a question mark ? There is no mention of this on the page for the LC3033 ink. So do I have defective ink, or is the chip on the ink not being read? 3) I have called the 888 number 4x. I was able to leave a message once and Jamie did try to return my call. I subsequently called 3x after that and the phone just rings.

I just put these in on December 22 and the Yellow was all over the place in the sealed plastic. I took it outside and opened it and took tissues to clean it off and put it in my printer and now I have Yellow Toner all over the printer. I went back to the old one that was in and it is low in toner, but I can manage for a little while. All the other toners are working great and I love that.

OK, I finally installed the new toner. Just got my first printed page and overall it is good, except for the blue lines that follow the right border from top to bottom of the page. Is this fixable? Also, is it safe to dispose of the old cartridges in the regular trash? I will put them in the plastic bags that had the new cartridges. Overall I am pleased with the purchase because you are less than half the price of the brand cartridges.

I normally get great off market toner from inktonerstore.com. My last black toner didnt work and had to toss and purchase a double priced HP toner because I had a big print job deadline. I know it is always a risk using off market toner, but worth it. Will let you know how inktonerstore.com handles this issue.

Unfortunately, the drum kit (and toner) that were purchased were not compatible with the Okidata B411d. The staff was helpful and worked with me to try to figure out why the drum & toner were not working. The conclusion was that there was a problem on the manufacturing side that made the drum (and likely toner cartridge) not function properly in the B411d. InkTonerStore refunded the drum & toner purchase - which was an acceptable solution under the circumstances. Trouble-Shooting Note: I purchased a used B411d, and was initially receiving a similar error message trying to get that one up and running. I found a video from Israel (very little English) that FIXED the problem on the used machine by removing, cleaning and replacing the Front Assembly of the Duplex Assembly. The drum from the used machine worked on my old machine after cleaning/replacing the Duplex Asbly, but your drum would not work on either machine, strongly indicating that your drum IS the faulty part.

This toner is being too light. I'm bit disappointed. Last two seems to be better 😌 I have not yet tried on photography ink yet, hoping it will work.

The item came quickly. The problem is that the printer can not read the toner as in the machine. It keeps saying it is not locked in correctly. I have removed and replaced the cartridge a number of of times. The problem is probably the printer. We will be getting a new printer.

It took LONGER THAN YOU HAD estimated to get it. But that's OK, I am a little concerned because there seems to be something missing on the right side of the cartridge. When I pulled it out to check for a misfeed, a small black molding just flapped in the breeze, and there didn't seem to be anything to do about it. I slid it in gently, and everything works. But I do worry if I have to pull it out again at what might happen if it just falls off.

The first Yellow cartridge you sent did not fit the printer ! Your customer service, Shannon, was polite and responded immediately and sent a replacement in 2 days which worked fine ! I will try you the next time !
