Ordering and shipping was quick and easy. Price was reasonable. This is my first time ordering and unfortunately though all great as stated above the print quality is just not there. Color trueness and saturation is poor. Even in printing black and white gray comes through with a greenish tint. I have used other off brands as paying price for Canon is outrageous so this is not my first experience going off brand. My printer is also giving an error message when I engage printer that off brand is being used.
