“I called and left a message for assistance with an issue I had with a product I purchased and as of today I have not recieved a call back or an email. The first time I made a purchase there was no problems thats why I reordered. I hope this will help with future customers.”

“It would have been nice if the instructions mentioned that the orange pieces needed to be removed from the ink cartridges before they could be installed in my printer. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing.”

“HP color laser jet printer read supplies status, all colors as order 206A. I ordered 206x. The 3 ink colors supply read as used cartridge. The black cartridge shows approximate pages remaining: >1050**. My question is did I receive the right cartridge that I ordered and paid for?”

“My order was split into two deliveries and I was not contacted about this. I had to contact them left a message twice before I got a phone call back explaining the issue. Should not get a recording when you call and should get called back when you leave a mesage and not have to call again and threaten to stop payment unless I hear from them. I think its very poor customer service.”

“I've purchased about 10 cartridges. Cartridge quality is not consistant, but acceptable for DRAFT and in-office docs. 1) Out of the box, faint, veritical lines appeared when printing envelopes. For my current cartridge, the lines disappeared after a about 50 pages of printing. For a previous cartridge, the lines never faded and I could no longer use the cartridge. 2) When using a newly-purchased black cartridge, splatters of other colors appear at the top or sides of the page when printing black/white and greyscale. In summary, I'll purchase InkTonerStore cartridges again, as the price outweights the issues. But I use another printer with genuine cartridges for best-qualitying printing.”

“Your pricing is pretty good and your customer service is fine but the consistent quality of your toners is not great. It could be better. I still have one bad toner I'm trying to get replaced.”

“website said same day shipping when I ordered yesterday before noon!!! But they really slow walked this order and I don't think it will even get in time to be in the UPS system today....very disappointed when I needed the order ASAP.”

“I ordered an ink cartridge and it says it shipped on 12/13/23 but I did not get it until 12/20/23. Seems like it took a long time to ship. I have not put it in my printer yet so I cannot say if it is working okay or not.”

“I installed the inktonner just like I always have done. About 5 or 6 days later. Every time I started to print from the labtop to the printer the paper would jam. The toner cartridge on the left side would install like always but the right side would not go in because of a triangle inside the printer. I looked @ the inktonner cartridge and saw the same triangle on the right bottom side. I alighned the triangle so the inktonner cartridge would slide into the triangle slot. The printer still is jamming as the paper goes past the inktonner cartridge, to be printed. How can I return the inktonner cartridge for a new one.”

“I have been ordering cartridges from the store for many years now. The first two years were great. After that, they got sloppy: sent me the wrong ink cartridges for my HP 1005 printer, then sent me one in which the ink didn't print out correctly leaving a white portion on each " printed" page, and again with this new cartridge, the same thing is happening. This new cartridge which I got a week ago also doesn't fit exactly right I had to "wiggle" it in to get it to fit. Still, it has white streaks where the ink doesn't print. Will find another store to order from if this keeps up!”

“The company is very responsive, but I gave it only a three because they don't have a recycling program. Companies need to start stepping up the plastic problem which is fatal to the earth.”

“I did a general search for a new cartridge for my laser printer, found that InkToner had the best price with good comments so I bought it, the toner arrived in a couple of days, it was the right product and works well and as far as I am concerned, it doesn't get any better than that in today's business world. FYI, as far as I am concerned that is 3 stars, people who give 5 stars for acceptable, as expected, work have made the entire star rating system meaningless. 5 stars mean outstanding beyond all belief”

“So far so good. My only complaint is did arrive when expected. I ordered right before memorial Day weekend and paid for 2 day shipping. Of course the holiday weekend affected delivery. I expected my order would be processed on Tuesday and id have toner by Friday. I received an email stating Friday arrival. It did not arrive until Monday. A bit disappointing. Next time I'll skip the expedited shipping and lower my expectations. Reordering assumes the cartridges perform as expected.”
