“The company is very responsive, but I gave it only a three because they don't have a recycling program. Companies need to start stepping up the plastic problem which is fatal to the earth.”

“I did a general search for a new cartridge for my laser printer, found that InkToner had the best price with good comments so I bought it, the toner arrived in a couple of days, it was the right product and works well and as far as I am concerned, it doesn't get any better than that in today's business world. FYI, as far as I am concerned that is 3 stars, people who give 5 stars for acceptable, as expected, work have made the entire star rating system meaningless. 5 stars mean outstanding beyond all belief”

“So far so good. My only complaint is did arrive when expected. I ordered right before memorial Day weekend and paid for 2 day shipping. Of course the holiday weekend affected delivery. I expected my order would be processed on Tuesday and id have toner by Friday. I received an email stating Friday arrival. It did not arrive until Monday. A bit disappointing. Next time I'll skip the expedited shipping and lower my expectations. Reordering assumes the cartridges perform as expected.”

“This was my first time buying online. I am pleased with the black ink cartridge but the color one doesn't work at all. I wasn't sure where to send it back for a refund or preferably a new color cartridge.”

“Ordering and shipping was quick and easy. Price was reasonable. This is my first time ordering and unfortunately though all great as stated above the print quality is just not there. Color trueness and saturation is poor. Even in printing black and white gray comes through with a greenish tint. I have used other off brands as paying price for Canon is outrageous so this is not my first experience going off brand. My printer is also giving an error message when I engage printer that off brand is being used.”

“Have 5 toner cartridges but will not work in the new Canon printers. Have tried to contact the Inktonerstore but no one replies. I need to return these for credit. Variety Mobile Home Services, Abingdon, VA 24210”

“The toner I ordered did not fit in the printer model, even though it said it was compatible, so I had to return it. I will say the ordering was easy and it arrived quickly - so those are plusses - but just didn't work. I would use the store again in the future if need be.”

“I recently purchased a 4 cartridge package for our HP color laser jet printer. All but one fit the replacement spaces properly. ICE311A did not. At this point, I left the old nearly empty cartridge in place. How do we fix this? Your service up to this point have be great.”

“They need to fix the ordering process and I have an HP Office jet pro 8020 and what came up was not what I needed. I wound up being shipped the wrong ink. I had to return it and cancelled the order”

“The service was fast and the price is great! BUT- I can use this toner cartridge for rough drafts and internal records only. There is a small smudge on the left hand margin that does not detract from using the pages for my internal use, but I would not send correspondence or other documents to a client with the smudges. Some prior reviews have indicated that these smudges go away after a number of copies are printed, but I still have the smudge on mine after about 60-80 pages.”

“I found out one of the printers (HP) that I ordered ink for only takes HP ink only, so $59 wasted, alot of the pull off tape broke or messed up so getting to the jets was not good.”
