I installed the inktonner just like I always have done. About 5 or 6 days later. Every time I started to print from the labtop to the printer the paper would jam. The toner cartridge on the left side would install like always but the right side would not go in because of a triangle inside the printer. I looked @ the inktonner cartridge and saw the same triangle on the right bottom side. I alighned the triangle so the inktonner cartridge would slide into the triangle slot. The printer still is jamming as the paper goes past the inktonner cartridge, to be printed. How can I return the inktonner cartridge for a new one.
