The service was fast and the price is great! BUT- I can use this toner cartridge for rough drafts and internal records only. There is a small smudge on the left hand margin that does not detract from using the pages for my internal use, but I would not send correspondence or other documents to a client with the smudges.
Some prior reviews have indicated that these smudges go away after a number of copies are printed, but I still have the smudge on mine after about 60-80 pages.
