The good:
The order shipped quickly.
The bad:
1) I received my order and when I go to my account there is no record of my order
2) The ink I received for a relative's Brother printer will not show the ink level on the printer. Only a question mark ? There is no mention of this on the page for the LC3033 ink. So do I have defective ink, or is the chip on the ink not being read?
3) I have called the 888 number 4x. I was able to leave a message once and Jamie did try to return my call. I subsequently called 3x after that and the phone just rings.
