I like the Ink Toner Store however, I had a recent problem. I always order 2-3 extra cartriges for emergencies. This is the first time I have been completly ignored. 1 of the toners was out of ink after 10 days of use. Then I inserted the other new toner and it only printed 3 pages and I was out of toner.
I called and left a message to have someone call me no one bothered to call me. I had to rush to get a toner. Then I ordered 5 more toners. No credit has been given, no email, no communication at all. I was very disappointed.
