I'm a long time customer. On 1/3/25,by order #100282601, I purchased a 5 pack of toner. As of today, the order has not arrived. I checked on line and it appears the order is in West Chester, PA. I ordered well in advance of time in need. Now I'm faced with having to buy a cartridge at an Office Depot for a price above what I paid for the 5 pack. Tried repeatedly to contact the telephone # on the order confirmation for answers, but no answer. If you are serious, please call me at (727) 576-8378.
