Although they claimed the toner cartridge I ordered for my HP-1320 Laser printer was compatible, it was not. The drum/roller did not have the correct interface for the printer, so it would not turn and imprint the toner on the paper. Every page I tried to print turned out completely blank.

I have used InkToner for a couple of years But when I received this last shipment the black ribbon was not working. Error message was resent black ribbon. I tried multiple times and could not make it work So I took the printer to a repair company They called me today, only problem was the ribbon was epired!!!! I just received them this past week..... I had to spend $50 to find out I received expired ribbons.... This is ridiculous to say the least.

Toner cartridge had correct part number but did not fit in my printer and did not look like the toner cartridges I had used in the past. For $20 it was not worth returning so I just threw in in the trash and bought from another company.

AVOID. Terrible Does not have any customer service. Does not answer the telephone, does not respond to text messages, does not respond to e-mail messages. All cartridges purchased leak. I gave them a second chance. Same problem. The most recent one I bought cost $130+ and streaks ink across every printed page. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Terrible vendor. Pay more, get more from a vender you can trust. You time and your money with ITS are wasted.

I ordered toner on August 2. You hit my card for the charge on August 5. You finally got around to shipping on August 8. I received it at last on August 13. Meanwhile, I ran out of toner. I emailed you to find out what had happened to my order (for which I had paid), and you responded that "we had some technical issues over the weekend that delayed the shipping process for many of our customers." Over the weekend? You finally shipped on a Thursday, six days after I ordered. I had to place an emergency order with Ink Technologies ($100 extra for shipping) to get toner. You couldn't be bothered to tell your customers about the "technical issues," and your excuse doesn't fly anyway, given that my Friday order was shipped on the following Thursday. You've gotten the last order I will ever place with you.

The ink carts chips were not reset on all three that I bought for my epson 4800. Lucky I have a chip resetter otherwise I would have sent the carts back. Check that your quality control guys are doing there job.

I have a small office and ordered repeatedly from InkTonerStore for my Xerox Phaser 6180MFP. Most of the cartridges leaked, streaked and otherwise made a mess of my work product. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve the problems and, while there were some refunds and replacement orders, I ended up with a shelf full of cartridges that were so bad I got fed up and decided never to buy these from ITS again. I wrote many times - advising of the lack of quality control and they basically said they're too busy to check the cartridges - so I should rely on the return policy. When I asked for store credit for some they wouldn't warranty/refund, they said no. Sorry, but they've lost my business ... I wasted way too much time and work product.

I appreciate that you sent a second toner cartridge to me. However, it never printed. A sheet of paper jammed and damaged my printer. So last night I bought a new printer. i have learned my lesson. Shall I return the cartridges? Can I get a refund?

I returned the toner cartridges to the West Chester, Pennsylvania, warehouse. i do not want any products from China. China has destroyed the integrity of quality, environmental safety and is stabbing the United States in the back internationally. I was told that there was fraud on my account. Patrice Bernier

I had been ordering my toner at ink toner store since Dec 2020. When ever I had issues customer service was great about fixing it. This last time, customer service wanted to refund my money instead of replacing my black toner. They initially replaced it but that replaced had issues so that is why refund my money. Even though I didn't want that option, I wanted another replacement. They didn't care about losing my business. I feel that is poor customer service and their product doesn't hold up. I went and bought a brand new Canon black toner for my printer and had no issues with it. I would not order for them!
