I have a small office and ordered repeatedly from InkTonerStore for my Xerox Phaser 6180MFP. Most of the cartridges leaked, streaked and otherwise made a mess of my work product. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve the problems and, while there were some refunds and replacement orders, I ended up with a shelf full of cartridges that were so bad I got fed up and decided never to buy these from ITS again. I wrote many times - advising of the lack of quality control and they basically said they're too busy to check the cartridges - so I should rely on the return policy. When I asked for store credit for some they wouldn't warranty/refund, they said no. Sorry, but they've lost my business ... I wasted way too much time and work product.

I appreciate that you sent a second toner cartridge to me. However, it never printed. A sheet of paper jammed and damaged my printer. So last night I bought a new printer. i have learned my lesson. Shall I return the cartridges? Can I get a refund?

as with most surveys, the merchant asks for a review before you have a chance to try their product. So I give them a 1 until I can give a 5.

I returned the toner cartridges to the West Chester, Pennsylvania, warehouse. i do not want any products from China. China has destroyed the integrity of quality, environmental safety and is stabbing the United States in the back internationally. I was told that there was fraud on my account. Patrice Bernier

I had been ordering my toner at ink toner store since Dec 2020. When ever I had issues customer service was great about fixing it. This last time, customer service wanted to refund my money instead of replacing my black toner. They initially replaced it but that replaced had issues so that is why refund my money. Even though I didn't want that option, I wanted another replacement. They didn't care about losing my business. I feel that is poor customer service and their product doesn't hold up. I went and bought a brand new Canon black toner for my printer and had no issues with it. I would not order for them!

Made literally 5 copies and broke the 1st day. The company should not be allowed to sell defective products like this. Would never order again.

You sent he wrong toner. I need a 134Afor an HP printer. Please let me know how I can return what you sent me so that you can replace it ith the correct toner.

I ordered a HP Photosmart 8150, 97 Ink cartridge costing over $84, which would not work in my printer. I called tech support and found out that there were different letters next to the model number of the cartridge. Unfortunately, the one that was sent was the wrong one. The agent offered to sell me the correct 97 cartridge for $54 +. I was very annoyed. Why didn’t customer service tell me to check the model number on the inkjet cartridge so that I would receive a working replacement. Your service sucks.

The ink cartages didn't work. They had the same problem as the others I have tried including the hp cartrages..

The product I purchased was fine. I live in Knoxville TN. My credit card I used for this transaction was used for 2 purchases (restaurants) in Yonkers, New York , which are near your location. Another was tried in Delaware but was declined. I locked my card and Capital One is investigating. Someone in your company is a thief. This was the only time I have used this card in several months. The two purchases totaled $124.89. Your data security is not working! I cannot recommend your company!

i am happy with my toner but i order drum as well and that was a mess it messed up my printer and now its a waste and had to buy a new printer so i need some kind of compensation for the troubke i went thriugh

Hi Stephanie, About two weeks ago I ordered two high-yield laser ink cartridges and two drums for my Brother printer. The price was good and the delivery was fairly quick. However, in the week that I have used one of the new cartridges I have maybe printed out a total of (20) twenty pages as I use the printer strictly for residential non-business purposes and the printer already tells me that the toner is low! I took out the cartridge and moved the green slide back and forth a few times and it still says the toner is low and now the printer starts banging as it has never done before. Therefore, you sold me products which were not as advertised. Please refund the purchase price and send a return overnight label so that I may send the defective products back to you. Thank you. I tried the cartridge and printer would not accept it. Kept saying to reinsert. After numerous attempts I had to buy a new cartridge and it worked first time. Cost should be refunded.

I am very upset- I ordered lie $200 o cartridges that the ad claimed were compatible w ith the HP Laser Jet Printer I own. But they are not working because they do not have the proper chip. The printer refuses to print with them. I think I should get my money back by returning them to the InkToner store Connie Cordovilla
