The toner didn't work. The toner for the Dell 1130 printer inked the entire page.

The items ordered did not fit the printer as advertised. The company did not respond to my emails about the problem. At this time I am dissatisfied and out $60.

My copy machine is Canon pc920. I received your recycled ink toner cartridge and I unpacked it right a way , installed into copier. When I try it sounds very funny and print out is very ugly. I think your cartridge is not fit to my machine. How can I return ? Otherwise why don’t you send me different one. I will return the first one to you.

The cartridges leak!! Or maybe I should say 2 of the 4 that I installed! I am hoping that not all of them are leakers!!

I was sold cartridges for my HP Office Jet 7610 but the firmware in the HP printer would not accept the “off-brand” cartridges which I can’t imagine is an unknown to sellers of non-HP cartridges. We will see how they handle the refund for a product that should not have been advertised/promoted as compatible to the HP 7610 printer and now I have to spend time and $$’s to handle the return.

Promise return for any reason, but when I asked for shipping label they make you jump through hoops like taking pictures of the product. Crappy cartridges with no useful warranty. I had to but full price from the store because of this waste of time.

Tracking said it was delivered, however, we have never received the product. There has never been any theft in our area for delivered products. Please let me know how to proceed. John Piatti 219-293-1990 jpiatti@nimin.com

As of this writing, the InkTonerStore has not answered emails or phone calls concerning the E40 cartridges I purchased that don't work. I will give them a little more time before I dispute the charge and go somewhere else.

Ink toners are many times defective and don,t last. The last one I bought did not have ink. This is the second time this has happened therefore I,m not buying them. Again.

I bought 2 cartridge for my printer tried the first one and it didn’t work. I reached out by email to return the item but it took me couple emails back and force and finally I gave up and went through my payment source and sent all communication and canceled the transaction after that I received an email that said they are ready refund and return the items!! It said 90days return on return policy but it looks like the customer service was trying to fund a way for bot accepting the return!! I was told that’s part of return process !! Which doesn’t make sense when you said 90 days return .

The cartridge acts like like it has no ink in it. I have also taken the cartrighe and shook it and put it back in. It still did not work. I would believe the cartridge you sent me is Empty!!!!!!!!!!

I still have not received my order from you. Order #100234632. Tracking info says order complete but as of 9/23/21 it is not.

I am disappointed that the order has not been delivered yet. The UPS label was created right away, but the product has not been shipped. There has been no contact from this business as to when I can expect my order to be delivered.

I put the toners in my printer and it jammed up my printer. I had to go to a printer person and have it taken apart. I'm waiting to see if there was any damage to the printer.

As I previously replyed to your survey, the Toner Cartridge did not fit my printer. The toner cartridge was returned to your facility at 10:19 AM today.
