I bought 2 toner cartridges, 1st one lasted less than a week, how can I send back?

My toner arrived on Saturday. I'm a teacher, and the toner was for the printer in my classroom. When I opened the package, black powder went EVERYWHERE. Upon inspecting it, a piece was obviously missing, leaving a home for all of the toner to spill out the side. I spent an hour cleaning it up. An hour that I was supposed to be preparing for my cigars that day. There is still black powder floating around my room, and obviously my printer still doesn't have toner. It was a complete mess and waste of money.

The cartridge was broken when it arrived. Very flimsy compared to others I've used. Twenty five bucks wasted.

The toner we ordered is difficult to find, and I was very pleased to see you had it. Unfortunately, it will not work on our printer. I will have to return it for a credit.

The first cartridge was bad, had streaks throughout the copy. They sent another one a couple of days later and that one was worse than the first one. The did not want a third chance and sent me elsewhere. The cartridge I received from the new company was perfect.

Unfortunately I will need to send both the yellow and Magenta toner cartridges back to your store because after installing and booting the printer up it indicates an error on the printer display and computer screen. Apparently HP software senses whether new cartridges installed are genuine HP or not. The cartridges are supposed to be compatible with our printer. (Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw) I will send the cartridges back today or tomorrow. Please tell me what I need to do in the process of returning them. Thank you.

Although the salesperson I dealt with was super nice, and they refunded our purchase price, two different toner cartridges did not work in our printer. There were bubble looking smears.

These never worked, and I was sent a tutorial on how to reset my printer count that did not work. Just buy the factory toners, it's not worth the wasted time to buy them cheaply.

I am very disappointed withe the toner for my Canon PC425 copier. The toner gears make a grinding sound and does not produce a copy. This does not happen with the toner that was going to be be replaced. I guess price matters. I will not go through the pain of sending it back to you. I will charge it up to a learning experience and find another vendor. Carl Dulgeroff

I am returning this ink ..... it does not work on my printers. I've called several time and no one has responded to my call. This ink is very poor quality. Please send me the necessary information to get my money back. Thanks Brenda Carey 318 272 6611

Horrible. Printing now prints very faded. Had bought two and tried second with same results. Then went right to hp for there cartridge and printer now works fine. Ink store toners no good waste of money stay away

We ordered cartridges that were supposed to be suitable for copier PC 170. My husband ordered replacement toner cartridges that said they were suitable for 20 and 40. What we got seems to be suitable for 40 only. It works very badly (very dark, almost unreadable) or not at all (huge bands of black, and error messages on the copier). This is not working.

Toner cartridge did not work. Once inserted in printer it began making a gosh-awful racket (rapid clicking noise) and then, when I removed it, it dumped black toner powder all over the front cover of printer, the floor, and a piece of newspaper I had handy (thank goodness). Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed. And, yes, I'm certain I inserted cartridge correctly. I will, of course, expect a FULL REFUND after your defective toner has been returned to you. What a waste of time!

I purchased a drum unit for my Brother printer a few months ago. Those drum units supposedly have lifetime warranty. My previous (original Brother) drum unit lasted for years. Now I had to replace your drum unit only after a few thousand pages; it lasted less time than a cartridge (cleaning the corona wire did not work). Perhaps I need to return to Brother's genuine units even if they are more expensive. Thank you. Thomas

Stephanie, I am thoroughly disgusted with my order! After installing the toner cartridges, I successfully maid eight color copies. The, everything went south after that. My magenta and cyan are out of alignment by an 1/8th of and inch yielding worthless color copies. I spent two hours going through troubleshooting, calibrating and cleaning with NO positive results. My time is valuable so I decided to order the true HP toner cartridges so I could get moving again. I will never use you again. It is not worth it. I am a very dissatisfied customer! Mike

10 working days and still no toner or drums!!! Ridiculous! Written shipping policy and customer service states 3 to 5 business days. Even though the website says no cost for shipping if order is over $50 (ours was $100) we still ended up paying for shipping. Customer Service is USELESS!!! No Toner, No Drums, and No Future Orders!

Hi Diane. You placed the order on Sunday and it was shipped out the following day on Monday. The package was delivered today according to the tracking info. This order takes a little longer than usual (usually customers receive the order within 1 to 3 business days). But it is still delivered within 5 business days. If you do talk to one of our customer service representatives, I am sure you will have a different feeling. Everyone here tries their best to help our customers and keep them happy. And I respect all my coworkers in our customer service department.
