i am happy with my toner but i order drum as well and that was a mess it messed up my printer and now its a waste and had to buy a new printer so i need some kind of compensation for the troubke i went thriugh

Hi Stephanie, About two weeks ago I ordered two high-yield laser ink cartridges and two drums for my Brother printer. The price was good and the delivery was fairly quick. However, in the week that I have used one of the new cartridges I have maybe printed out a total of (20) twenty pages as I use the printer strictly for residential non-business purposes and the printer already tells me that the toner is low! I took out the cartridge and moved the green slide back and forth a few times and it still says the toner is low and now the printer starts banging as it has never done before. Therefore, you sold me products which were not as advertised. Please refund the purchase price and send a return overnight label so that I may send the defective products back to you. Thank you. I tried the cartridge and printer would not accept it. Kept saying to reinsert. After numerous attempts I had to buy a new cartridge and it worked first time. Cost should be refunded.

I am very upset- I ordered lie $200 o cartridges that the ad claimed were compatible w ith the HP Laser Jet Printer I own. But they are not working because they do not have the proper chip. The printer refuses to print with them. I think I should get my money back by returning them to the InkToner store Connie Cordovilla

The ink toner was shipped and it was the wrong one for my PageWide Pro 477dn MFP2. I returned the toner. Have not received the correct toner. I need my toner. My business printer has ceased. Please help!!!!

The inker does not work in my printer but you want me to send pictures of the printer just so I can return it as if you don’t believe me that it doesn’t work. All I want is to return it and get my money back. Unhappy customer Pam.

Sadly it doesn't print from my HP 377dw. When installed into my HP 377dw, the machine states "Cannot guarantee printer performance with installed cartridges". To make them work, for each print, I must eject the cartridges and reinstall them. That will give me one print. I have to do this each time. I'm returning them.

Terrible, The ink toner said it would work with my printer. It actually listed my printer on the outside of the box. It physically does NOT fit into my printer. I would not recommend this company.

I just received this cartridge and installed it in my HP Laser Jet Pro M102w printer. This cartridge does not work in my printer. The ink is barely visible on the printed paper. See attached photo. I've been looking for the Ink Toner delivery for about two weeks. Still no toner. Thank you for your message but unfortunately, the item was left somewhere other than here at my home. I have asked neighbors with no help from them. Too bad you send items out and don't have a better way to follow up after the sale. I still don't have my ink toner so bought it some elsewhere.

I still have not received my order because the delivery company has failed to deliver it to my Suite, Ste. 103 410 11th Avenue SE Olympia, WA 98501. I have no idea where my order is.

It arrived and used it for about a week with no problem. Then my printer indicated the cartridge was not in correctly - it should be removed and reinstalled. I tried this several times and kept getting the same message. I inserted an HP cartridge and printer now works fine. Looks like I wasted my money with my purchase from you. Please remove me from your mailing list.

I ordered lc51,received something else. I called store and had a very rude exchange with customer service. He tried to argue with me about what was shipped. He sent me return label. Its been almost 2 weeks and i still haven't received money back

I bought a yellow cartridge and sometimes it works while most of the time it doesn’t. Don’t waste your money.
