I bought 2 cartridge for my printer tried the first one and it didn’t work. I reached out by email to return the item but it took me couple emails back and force and finally I gave up and went through my payment source and sent all communication and canceled the transaction after that I received an email that said they are ready refund and return the items!! It said 90days return on return policy but it looks like the customer service was trying to fund a way for bot accepting the return!! I was told that’s part of return process !! Which doesn’t make sense when you said 90 days return .

The cartridge acts like like it has no ink in it. I have also taken the cartrighe and shook it and put it back in. It still did not work. I would believe the cartridge you sent me is Empty!!!!!!!!!!

I still have not received my order from you. Order #100234632. Tracking info says order complete but as of 9/23/21 it is not.

I am disappointed that the order has not been delivered yet. The UPS label was created right away, but the product has not been shipped. There has been no contact from this business as to when I can expect my order to be delivered.

I put the toners in my printer and it jammed up my printer. I had to go to a printer person and have it taken apart. I'm waiting to see if there was any damage to the printer.

As I previously replyed to your survey, the Toner Cartridge did not fit my printer. The toner cartridge was returned to your facility at 10:19 AM today.

The Canon E40 compatible toner cartridge (E31/E40/E41-NTJ) we ordered for our copier does not work. We removed the large protective covering from the front of the cartridge and then tried to remove the thin, transparent ribbon sticking out the side-but it will not come out. We tried using it anyway, giving it some shaking, and it would print a faint and discontinuous copy. Trying again to remove the ribbon, it almost starts to stretch, and I think it will break before it comes out. What are we supposed to do?

the toner smears on my shipping labels. i have to use clear tape over them on every label.

Even though the Dell 1160w was listed on the toner, it didn't fit my Dell Printer. As soon as I figure out how to return it, I plan to do so.

Actually I need to return the item because It didn't work on my computer. After my son installed it the paper jammed every time I tried to print. Although the message on the printer had called for a new drum and not a new ink cartridge, fortunately we had kept the old drum which we reinstalled with a new ink cartridge and it works fine. What do I need to do to return your drum for a refund? Patricia Davis

I have been using the inktonerstore for over a year now and have always loved the prices and fast deliveries. But the last two orders have had the chips missing or the order was completely wrong. I have called and emailed them and never received anything back for a response. Believe the company has gotten hit during the covid. Hate that I had to go back to the high prices but work doesn't stop.

Product received was wrong and we did not receive all of the order. A return was issued and an RMA received. The customer service representative Maria was very rude and not helpful to us in assisting with the return. Her emails were rude and not clear and she was rude on the phone as well. We then spoke with another person after not being able to communicate with Maria and that person in customer service was also very rude and not helpful and told us they would be closing our account once this transaction was completed. This was our first and last time to try ink toner store.

My toner arrived on Saturday. I'm a teacher, and the toner was for the printer in my classroom. When I opened the package, black powder went EVERYWHERE. Upon inspecting it, a piece was obviously missing, leaving a home for all of the toner to spill out the side. I spent an hour cleaning it up. An hour that I was supposed to be preparing for my cigars that day. There is still black powder floating around my room, and obviously my printer still doesn't have toner. It was a complete mess and waste of money.

The cartridge was broken when it arrived. Very flimsy compared to others I've used. Twenty five bucks wasted.

The toner we ordered is difficult to find, and I was very pleased to see you had it. Unfortunately, it will not work on our printer. I will have to return it for a credit.

The first cartridge was bad, had streaks throughout the copy. They sent another one a couple of days later and that one was worse than the first one. The did not want a third chance and sent me elsewhere. The cartridge I received from the new company was perfect.

Unfortunately I will need to send both the yellow and Magenta toner cartridges back to your store because after installing and booting the printer up it indicates an error on the printer display and computer screen. Apparently HP software senses whether new cartridges installed are genuine HP or not. The cartridges are supposed to be compatible with our printer. (Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw) I will send the cartridges back today or tomorrow. Please tell me what I need to do in the process of returning them. Thank you.

Although the salesperson I dealt with was super nice, and they refunded our purchase price, two different toner cartridges did not work in our printer. There were bubble looking smears.
