I tried to order a set of toner cartridges. The website kept getting hung up. I never got a confirmation or receipt but my credit card was charged twice. I reached out to customer service but never got a response. The next day one of the charges was reversed. A week later I received the toner cartridges. Still never received a confirmation or receipt of any kind and never a response from customer service.
I won’t use this company again.
