“I am very disappointed in the toner cartridge I recently bought. The plastic strip that keeps the toner powder in place usually slides out easily, and the machine works fine. The plastic strip on the new cartridge was practically impossible to pull out, and when it did come out, so did much of the toner powder making a mess of the cartridge, my machine, and my room. Obviously, the copies came out black, streaked, and unusable. It was a total waste of money.”

“Ordered the wrong ink and my account is disabled not allowing me to login and request a refund and send back. I have called the help line 6-10 times in the span of a week with no response it just rings and rings. With the lack of customer support I would not recommend them.”

“I ordered my toner cartridges from another competitor online because they had a sale...I'll never do that again. I had so many problems with those cartridges. The toner is lighter and my printer wouldn't load the toner, it kept telling me I had the wrong cartridges. I had to call the company and they walked me through some steps saying the problem would be solved, but no, I had to keep following those steps almost weekly, so frustrating. InkTonerStore.com cartridges are a higher quality and I put them right in my printer and they work great. Also the quality of the toner is better. My prints come out clean, neat and precise. My printer is a Canon Color Imageclass MF624Cw. Also, my order arrived within 2 days. Thank you InkTonerStore.com!”

“The toner cartridges came quickly, and I immediately started using one. The inktonerstore.com cartridge is making a terrible noise, like it is catching on something, every other document I print. The toner cartridge mounted into my printer, but it is NOT the same overall shape as the original Canon toner cartridge. I guess that is why there is some type of interference issue. I am afraid that this cartridge might break my printer.”
