“I ordered an ink toner and received the item on time and noticed right away after after insirting the carttridge that it didn't work. Repair guy came and told me the printer is broken. So I tried to call customer service number and left messages every day and today if the 4th times I left message but no body has returned my call. I tried thewebsite a couple of times to click the details about how to return items but the link dosen't work as well. The website is a joke and has a terrible customer service.”

“I purchased a compatable drum for a Brother printer/copier. After consulting u-tube for help learning how to install the new drum, it was easy to install. It worked perfectly, eliminating the lines in the cpoies from the previous drum. The new drum was shipped quickly and arrived ahead of when I expected it. I would recommend the InkToner Store for any copies parts.”

“We ordered ink two weeks ago and it was delivered three days later. Because of an unplanned problem that came up, we just yesterday installed the ink. Everything worded perfectly. We have a super good but old printer and we were thrilled to find a company who has the ink. We will be purchasing ink through InkTonerStore. The copies we tested after we installed the cartridges came out perfect.”
