The printer drum (ordered/received) was installed in the printer with the toner cartridge and then I tried to remove the cartridge and drum. But, it would not eject like prior drums have. And I called the inktoner support phone number. I told the support person that I could not get the drum to eject from the printer. I was instructed to look for possible release points, no such luck. With nothing else working to get the drum out I tried to muscle the drum out with a strong pull and it worked, the drum came out. After, which I ask them to help me reset the replace the drum flashing light on the panel. Excellent, instruction for that request.
