Purchase is smooth. The received product is shorter than my old one, I thought they sent me the wrong one, did not know I purchased only the toner and need to insert it into my original drum. I called and left two messages to the support line, however, no one picked up the phone nor returned my phone calls as the voice mail said. Finally, I wrote an email to customer support and received a reply which solve my problem.
