The cartridge arrived quickly and was very well wrapped. It inserted easily. However, the instructions to get it to work in my Brother HL-L2395DW we’re useless. I almost sent the cartridge back. After extensive searching, I eventually found a method to make it work. The message that the toner is low continues. If the instructions had been useful I would give them a 5 rating.
