I have always been pleased doing business with your company and have appreciated the excellent value. However, I see now, that you have revamped your website, I am no longer able to get supplies for my printer (Okidata C5200). You have C5500 in that series at the low end. I am not sure if the C5500 toners and drums are compatible with my printer. If they are, that would be great, and I will continue purchasing your products. If not, sadly, I will have to find another vendor. If you can let me know about this, that would be great...or I might call.
