I cancelled toner cartridge order just a few hours after online order. Toner was delivered anyway. Spoke w/rep there who said I would have to take to UPS store for return to get full credit. Explained to person at store who made note. However, cartridge landed back on doorstep following day. UPS is 15 min. drive each way. Can someone not just send me new label to get this cartridge properly returned? I've worked with PSN online ink cart. supplier (Burbank, CA) for my business previously. Unless this is more easily resolved, I will advise my clients to support suppliers that are more customer-service oriented.
