The drums appear to be a problem. Our printer indicates a problem with the new drum when printing.
I called and left a message days ago and no return call. It appeared that you were out of business when I attempted to call a few days ago. Your phone rang and rang and rang. Your website would not let me send a message. Perhaps you should have only been rated with one star.
