We had tried another ink supplier and was really unhappy with the performance. Inktoner store has proven to be a much better product. However, there was a small glitch, the new toner cartridge kept communicating that we needed to put in a new toner drum. The printer is only a few months old so we knew that could not be the problem. My husband who is an office machine technician was able to clear the message. The turn around time was great! the performance is good as well. We will be coming back to the store for the future.
