This was my first experience with the InktonerStore. They were very pleasant and cooperative when I told them that the toner that they originally send didn't fit my printer. They walked me through the problem and sent the proper toner without any extra charge. Their price is way below the company I have been dealing with and the toner prints very well. Their packaging was also very secure and received in perfect shape.
