I ordered 4 ink cartridges for my printer from the InkTonerStore. They sent them out immediately and I got them within 3 days. But they were the wrong size! I called to let them know and spoke with Jamie who was so nice. She immediately sent another corrected size order to me and did not blame me at all for the order mistake. Really good customer service I would say. What a breath of fresh air.
