I ordered a set of cartridges for my color printer. I didn't install them until over a year later. I found that the black cartridge was missing. I reported this to the InkTonerStore and they believed me! I fear that most businesses would have told me to take a hike. The shipping record did show the package to be light, supporting my claim. They were very cordial and polite through what could have been a painful ordeal. They are my number one supplier from now on!
