It arrived and used it for about a week with no problem. Then my printer indicated the cartridge was not in correctly - it should be removed and reinstalled. I tried this several times and kept getting the same message. I inserted an HP cartridge and printer now works fine. Looks like I wasted my money with my purchase from you.
