I received the D400 drum a few weeks ago. The item was well packed. I tried the drum and ran a copy of a page. It was a very pale copy. I put it back in the box and was going to send it back but decided to give it one more try. It must have been my fault the first time because the drum worked very well. Just what I need. I would definitely buy from this company again.
