Very quick delivery!!! I made a mistake in ordering and thought I ordered toner, not the tray that held the toner. I was leary about being able to return for at least a partial refund since it was my fault. At first when I called customer service I didn't get an answer. But I did receive an email later and they completely helped me out in getting the product returned and correct product ordered. I waited to see their response and how they handled the return before ordering the correct product from them. Ended up they were superb in handling my return and I ordered the product from them.
