The only problem I have with your ink is that my Canon Pixma 9020 and 9120 printers tell me the cartridge is out of ink after a few printings. When I check, there's plenty of ink left. I have to check it manually after some printings to see how much ink is left. As for your shipping department, I order one color of ink and get sent an entirely different color. I have to call your customer service rep and get things straightened out. I dropped another ink provider because they did the same thing numerous times and I just got fed up with them. Hope this doesn't happen with you.
