The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because this is my first time ordering from InkTonerStore. So far, so good. I chose this store not because of price, but because of the gaurantee it offered. I recently purchased refilled cartridges from another store and they were dried out and did not work with my printer. This cartridge is working well with my HP 3800. It came professionally packaged, and of course stated a satisfaction guarantee. I am getting ready to order an additional cartridge. It looks like this company is on track with quality and customer service.
