I thought that I'd filled out all of the required information(shopping cart complete, credit card info, etc.) and I clicked to complete the purchase, nothing happened. After trying unsuccessfully to complete the purchase, I gave up and left the site. Very quickly afterward I got an email from InkTonerStore saying that I had apparently had a problem; was given a link to return. I clicked on it and was back to the site with my original, filled shopping cart but with all the rest of my data deleted (rightfully). I reentered my original data. A couple of days later, the order appeared on my doorstep. Five stars for your perseverance and subsequent follow thru. (Profile: male, 85 yrs young, 63 yrs computer experience.)
