I ordered 2 ink cartridges for an older Samsung laser printer, the cartridges that arrived were the wrong part number, I called customer service and I was told that it was a warehouse error and that I didn’t have to send the wrong cartridges back, but rather drop them off at a recycle place and that the company will immediately send the correct cartridges out. They arrived the very next day and work fantastic. Very friendly customer oriented customer service. I will keep buying all my cartridges from here. 5* service, thank you!
