EXCELLENT Customer Service! I ordered replacement cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 - turns out HP intentionally inserts MALWARE to my printer to reject other cartridge brands to force me to buy their very overpriced cartridges and did so with the 1st ones ordered from InkTonerStore. What an unethical way of doing business - hope HP gets slapped with a massive class action lawsuit sooner than later.
