shipped quick enough and orders have always been correct. Seems that HP does something to screw up their printers so they don't do as good a job (not quite as vibrant color on some prints and cartridges don't seem to last long) .with 3rd party inks. So this is really of 'very good' for InkTonerStore service and I am not sure from a product standpoint anything more can me done.
