I am very impressed with the professional and prompt response from Kayla. She is very pleasant to work with and since we could not get 3 cartilages to work in my printer she offered to send replacements. I am glad to try the replacements because, at the end I just need cartridges that will work. I can print because I did have 1 new cartridge from my stock.
