I am so happy we found this store. Our first order did not work in our printer and since InkToner Store states they will refund if cartridges don't work, I called them. They were so nice on the phone and offered either our money or to try a different manufacturer. We chose to try a different manufacturer. Within minutes I received a return label for the original cartridges and within 3 days the new ones arrived... AND they worked!!!! We are VERY happy with the customer service of InkTonerStore and will continue to use them.
