Dear Sir/Madam, I had a Dell printer with toner 1125 (310-9319) , which I used for many years. Unfortunately,this model may be too old or not popular anymore, I ordered 2 times from your store, and all of it was too dried and no ink on the paper after printing. this is why I request for refund. I don't have working toner now, it will force me to give up my old printer and buy a new printer in order to have a suitable toner. Thank you for your good service lady on the phone, I shall buy toner from you after I change to another brand of printer. Thank you. Sincerely, from Joseph.
