The website was user friendly. Product was easily found for my printer. I ordered and paid for the product quickly and the product arrived also quickly and on time. I have not used the product yet because there is still some toner left in the one I have. Just did not want to run out before it got here. I am pleased with the service. I would give a "very good" rating after I see the quality of the ink.
