I recently ordered two black toner cartridges from the Ink store. I installed one toner and had issues. I send a couple of photos to The Ink store. A reply arrived asking if had tried the second Toner. I then tried the second toner and everything was fine. The company sent out a replacement for the first defective toner.
This response was much better than our previous supplier's when we had problems with their product.
