I was reluctant to buy another cartridge from the ITS. I had purchased one a number of years ago and wasn't very happy due to ink streaks on the edges of copies. However this recent cartridge has produced excellent copies with no streaks at half the price of an OEM cartridge. I was also impressed with the quick two day delivery especially during the December holiday shopping season.
