I purchased two ink cartiriges, on line, from the InkTonerStore. I received the two cartiriges, but they didn't work properly. I phoned company and spoke with customer service and was given two options. The options were a refund or send two new cartiriges. I chose the new cartiriges and received them in the mail in two days. They worked great! I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their products. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC.
