I've used your products for many yers in my Dell 1133 printer and found the cartridges to be excellent quality and long-lasting. I usually wait for your 15% discounts to reorder, but recently I overlooked using my discount code word. No problem...I called your 800 number to report my oversight and a credit was immedicatly sent to my credit card. Thanks for your usual quick service and your integrity.
