a sample problem but it should not to waiting a 10 days to get services. Call Samsung for a problem need to waiting 48 hours to action and that not include weekend. Then, your office cannot call me back to check what going on and need me to call to make appointment. The appoint need another week to set tech to our house for services.
The problem can be avoid when the deliver-man take 5 minute to show the user how to make work, because the manual did not clear explain the function.
