I was getting my toner from another vendor and the customer service was frustrating.
I'm glad I ordered from you. The cartridges work great. I thought I was going to have to take the printer apart to clean the laser mirrors. The printer would not calibrate with the other vendors cartridges. I was pleasantly surprised that the print output with your cartridges was perfect.
