I am a business owner have been doing business with InkTonerStore for many years. They have always gotten toner out to me quickly. They give nice bonus points that add up to dollars for credit that I appreciate. A toner started leaking and Stephanie was so helpful. She remoted in and took a picture of the damaged cartridge and shipped me out a replacement that I received in a couple of days.
