I was happy to learn we could get ink toner for a decent price! We truly appreciate that! It took a little longer to receive the toners than what had others' had said, but it wasn't an emergency. I had ordered the wrong toner for one of our printers so called and was able to return it. I was told I would receive a label to send it back but I haven't received that yet and its been almost a week although I don't know where it's coming from, so that may be the mail service. All and all I was happy with the transaction.
