The service from InkTonerStore.com was great! The only reason I did not rate as Very Good is because I specified over the phone I wanted the parts next day, which shouldn't have been an issue since I'm only a few miles away from the InkTonerStore.com warehouse. However the order was shipped via USPS and took 3 days to get here.
