Stephanie did a great job resolving a shipping issue with a recent order. She was super helpful over the phone and immediately solved the problem when I called to check on my mssing order. I wish all customer service representatives were as proactive and helpful as her. Even though the order was not filled in a timely manner, she was caring and did her best to immediately rectify the situation.
